I can provide a full suite of Site Engineering services:

• Setout data validation: Deriving setout data from all available sources (site drawings, shop drawings, CAD models etc). Undertaking a comprehensive audit of all construction information before any marks are put down ensures ‘right first time’ construction.

• Setting out: Liaising closely with site teams to physically mark the information they require on site. Datums, grid lines and coordinated locations are marked up with high precision survey equipment. Locations recorded and a summary ‘As-setout’ drawing provided.

• Quality Control: No site setout can be accurate without a solid survey control base. Existing control will be verified, and checked against any already constructed works. Installation of further control as appropriate, either for my own use or for any other trades on site.

• As-built Survey: Survey and documentation of constructed works, comparisons to design locations and appropriate technical specifications.

• Health and Safety: Devising and implementing appropriate methodologies for all survey works as per current CDM regulations.

• Problem Solving: Liaising with site & design teams to aide identification and resolution of technical issues, design discrepancies, and unforeseen challenges that may arise during construction.

• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of construction activities, site conditions, measurements, and changes to support project documentation and future references.
